'This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway.'

'There are so many great shops and restaurants and bars,we bought many souvenir t-shirts and hoodies and hats ect.Our house was spotless our host was amazing and staying in contact with us.We Highly recommend this Pink Tiny House. 10 Star for sure.We will back.'

'The previous reviews I read about this place were spot on; it’s a great location but there is late night bar and street noise to deal with as you are right on ocean boulevard and atop riptide pizza place and a newer taco restaurant and bar. The Apartment was/is clean and up to date with furniture and fixtures. The Kitchen is well supplied. Big bonus points for providing quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs and large beach umbrella. 'I was a solo traveler and this was the perfect place. The room was clean and updated. Bathroom was small but good for one. I stayed by the pool the entire time and It was perfect bc I was the only one. The beach was a short walk and I was there first night to watch the sun set. Hosts were great. 'We checked in at 4pm. The thermostat was set at 74, room was 78 degrees. Turned 2 fans up as high as possible and was Ok as we were out that night. When we returned the temp was still 78. At 4am it was 74 and 6am it was 72, so it was not worth complaining aboutNext day, we were at the beach & pool most of the day, when we returned around 4pm, it was back up around 78 again, since late in the day and we were checking our the next morning, we let it be.At 6pm, the smoke detector started to beep....
