'Unfortunately, our stay was much more stressful than relaxing. Throughout our 5 night stay, we had to repeatedly go back to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. Each time, we were told the items would be brought to our room, but they never were, so we kept having to return to the office ourselves. At one point we even asked a worker who kept walking by our room, and he said he would bring them to our room but then once again this did not happen. However, we watched him walk back...
