'Hello, we would like to make a complaint regarding our stay in rooms 116 and 113. We experienced several issues that we do not think are acceptable. - Incomplete towels provided - Shower door misaligned (does not close) - Soap and shampoo dispenser stuck - Both rooms had a wet towel hanged on the back of door - Dirty floor - The blanket and pillows for the sofa bed was missing for one of the rooms - One of the rooms was delivered an hour and a half late -None of these issues were resolved...

'The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. They also listed bikes at the property but they are not rideable. Both bikes have rusted chains and in one the kickstand was rusted and...

'We've stayed here twice now and it's exactly what we need. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The place was clean, well stocked and spacious enough. The patio area is nice to sit at for dinner, coffee or socializing. The beach gear available for borrowing is a very nice, extra perk. We will look to stay here again in the future.'
