Fantastic stay for our family’s 4th of July getaway! The condo was perfect—an easy walk to both the beach and town, which made everything super convenient. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we loved having the outdoor picnic tables for meals and games. Beds were very comfortable, and everyone slept great. Would happily stay here again!

This property was very comfortable for our family of 3, everything was very clean, specially the towels and bed sheets, has perfect location, walking distance to the beach and the village which is lovely with plenty of restaurants, few ice cream shops, nice cafes, we had a great time staying in this apartment and will definitely recommend to family and friends

What a gem!

This is such a nicely decorated and comfortable place. Steps from restaurants, clean with comfy beds and full kitchen for cooking. An easy walk to the beach. We started each day with a walk on the beach, a swim then breakfast at the Sun Garden cafe which was just steps away. Safe Parking right outside the unit too! I recommend this unit and the iTrip management team.

Absolutely Relaxing and Perfect

Our stay was as expected! This completely renovated gem has it all and is close to all amenities! Morning Walks, Beach Time, Dinner, and drinks this gem is for you. Very well equipped and everything is easy to find. The owners have done an amazing job with this property so you can just show up, enjoy vacation, and leave.

Excellent location in the middle of everything!! Excellent property, very clean. Listing was very accurate. Host responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again, just would not do it during spring break. Public parking would get very noisy and busy when Police were enforcing 10 pm noise ordinance.

This rental is located very conveniently -close walking distance to all the restaurants and shops . It has everything you need for a perfect vacation . The high quality Tommy Bahamas beach umbrella was a life saver and allowed us several long beach days without getting scorched. There is parking in front and in the back - the front parking was full when I arrived. I contacted the reference # and received a prompt return with quick solution ( there’s also parking in the back which Is just as convenient as the front) if you’re unable to get a water front rental with a great view this is your best alternative. There’s no great views but the privacy and comfort in the beachy & modern aesthetics is 5 stars.

We loved the place - very well appointed with new furniture and amenities in the condo. Very clean. Well stocked with dishes, cups, glassware, utensils. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable bed Staff was excellent. After we entered the condo, we decided to stay another day. Parking - I'd recommend to park in the back and not the front. First night, our vehicle was rear ended. Unfortunately, no one left a note. Parking in the front, you have a busy road. Not so in the back. We plan on staying here again. We have stayed in many places in Siesta Key. This place is the BEST.

This property is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. We found it well-appointed, clean, and well-kept. I couldn't be happier about our decision to stay here. We’ll be back!

This location was only 5 minutes from the village. There were beach towels, a wagon for the beach. The place was very clean. I would suggest deep cleaning the couch.

Perfect Gem!

Clean, great location and has all the amenities you need! Our family of 4 felt right at home and loved the renovated decor. Walking right into the Village was a huge bonus and we felt very safe. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and convenience of the pool just steps outside of the door. It was very quiet day and night and the beds were super comfy for the sleep we all needed after long beach days. Perfect gem!

Enjoyed our stay

The property is centrally located to stores and restaurants which is convenient. There was an unusual amount of noise from the HVAC unit and trash and work trucks in the area. Overall enjoyed the stay but be prepared to wake up early due to work truck noise

The place itself was super nice inside. Great location too. The only downfall was pool. It was green not upkept at all. Stuff all over the ground. A towel in pool. Other than that we liked it.
