Never miss a beach-scape sunset when you are just a couple hundred meters from Americans #1 beach, Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy this two bedroom two bathroom condo style unit in a great location: a short walk to the beach on a quiet street but just minutes from shops, bars, and restaurants. The unit offers a full kitchen large enough for TWO cooks in the kitchen..., breakfast bar, an open dining area and living room. The living room is furnished with a flat screen TV. Open the large sliding glass doors out to the spacious screened patio with lounge seating and table. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is furnished with a king-size bed and TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and TV. The backyard of the property offers a heated pool, plenty of sun bathing spots, and a BBQ area. There are two twin-size rollaway beds available for guests. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the property including the pool area.

Minimum Reservation Requirement: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

The space was much larger than we expected. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs were provided. I would have preferred communication through the VRBO app rather than through the host's website which just added extra steps and was harder to track. But other than that, everything was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Holiday House. The condo was clean and spacious with easy access to the beach. Even when we had a minor issue with a smoke detector, the management company was very prompt in correcting the problem. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Beach House

Wonderful property for a beach vacation. Quiet for downtime with your family. Very close to the action. Can’t say enough about the location. Accommodations were comfortable and the porch was perfect for cocktails and chill time. Highly recommend.

The inside of the condo is very nice! The back, were the pool is located, needs HELP! There are 2 stainless grills, rusted, filthy, they need to be tossed. Overgrown vegetation, pool is not in the sun! It could be very nice, if there was someone to care for it!

Easy access to this rental vacation home. Right around the corner from the beach access. House has been updated in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Beach towels and chairs were available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definately come back.

Two couples stayed for a month. Location was ideal for walking to the beach. Loved the screened porch for some outside time and enjoyed the pool. Kitchen is remodeled but needs more cups, glasses, and silverware. Laundry facilities were excellent.

Newly renovated and clean. Had the pool area all to ourselves the whole week. Appliances were new. We were asked to start washing the sheets on our last day, but no washing detergent was provided.

Great spot close to point of rocks!

Overall this place was great. Check in and out was extremely easy, place was well stocked (including the grill and beach chairs!), and location was fabulous. Safe area for the kids to walk to the beach. The beach was small, especially at high tide, so we had to get out there early and get spot but that didn’t bother us. Our only complaint was when we showed up they had clearly pulled out the old couches and replaced them with new ones. Great couch except the new one was not a pull out sofa so it no longer truly sleeps 6.
