'This house was perfect for our week in California. Alicia and Ed were great hosts checking with us daily for any needs. The home was clean, kitchen stocked well. Plenty of shopping nearby for groceries. House is as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood great for walking My only minor complaint would be the mattress for the queen beds. '

'This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. '
