Vind je ideale hotel in Sierra de San Juan

'I had high expectations for this 4 star hotel until I figured out that the scale is out of 10 stars. I booked the luxury studio suite which advertised city view. We got to the room to find only one window that opens up to the hallway. The hallway that connects from the lobby, meaning every guest could look inside if they wanted to. That’s not even the craziest part of this room. Room 3 btw. This room had a door with a slit in it. Meaning someone can(again) peek inside if they wanted to. I get...

'The hotel is right next to a major road. The actual rooms and hotel look nothing like the pictures. We were told our reservation wasn’t confirmed when we first got there and that a room wasn’t ready for check in. I tried to cancel the stay and kindly requested a refund from the hotel since we decided to change to a different hotel. They denied the refund. The night there was terrible. There was no hot water and absolutely no hotel staff besides the unfriendly housekeeper. '

'La espera al llegar a check un tanto incomoda. La propiedad es buena pero ya presenta deterioro en cosas como: puertas, cancel de baño, y muebles sanitarios. Aunque la alberca es limpia tal vez por la temporada invernal no pudimos hacer uso de la misma por no contar con agua caliente'

'Wonderful new hotel with great staff, amenities and beach. Wine by the glass was overpriced and some of the dinner menu items needed attention to taste and presentation. With it being a new property they will no doubt smooth out some of the bumps. Overall, great stay!'
