'DeBrett is a beautiful hotel, with a very original interior design. Location is perfect in downtown Auckland. Room was clean, service good. The free daily drink in the guest-only library room is a very nice feature and gives the hotel a home-like feeling. Complimentary continental breakfast is basic but good. 'Great place to stay when visiting Auckland! Situated on Queen street at a Sky Bus stop (really right in front of the door), the hotel is close to the main attractions in the city. The room was very clean and modern. Great fitness room as well!'

'Room was spacious, appreciated the kitchen for our 5 day stay. We used the laundry, an added bonus. The air conditioning did not work but the front desk was very helpful. It was cool enough to open the windows wide so that helped. There was a bus stop just down the road which took us right downtown. '
