'We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. We were two couples traveling together and stayed one night in a suite. The receptionist, manager, and housekeeping staff were all excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly felt at home. They even allowed us a little extra time for late checkout, which helped us a lot. We loved our stay and highly recommend this clean and friendly place. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Day 1: I waited nearly two hours for an iron and had to make several calls before being told to come downstairs because the cleaning crew had left. There was also hair in our bathroom. Although I reported it immediately, it remained for two days until I personally brought a cleaning staff member to the room. Day 2: The elevator was not working while we were going to breakfast. We waited about 10 minutes before a staff member helped us downstairs. We had also seen another guest using the staff...
