'20 minutes waiting on hotel staff to check in. Manager agreed to an early (check out but never placed notes on account. Hotel was EXTREMELY loud due to kids baseball tourney in area... hence the need for an early day before check out...'

'I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.'

'We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond.
