'There was a very noisy motor running during night, couldn't sleep. Maintenance came and said they would have to call someone after holiday. Offered another room or discount on room. Being in our late 60's we decided to take discount as we had way to much stuff to move. Check out Manager denied us a discount, didnt inform us of this, so it upset us . Not sure I will stay there again!'

'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon. Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

'Everything was nice. Only thing i can say is the unit I stayed in was very pretty but the beds were not that comfortable. For the price i paid for the stay and the quality of the mattress was not great. Getting in was a headache had to call the 1800 number for help a lot of people were stuck at the gate because some issue on getting in.'

'The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com'

'We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a long weekend in Pensacola. The condo was the perfect setting for our long weekend!
