'Great location! My mom and I absolutely loved the General’s Hideaway for our trip to Gettysburg. We even loved the pool table and played a few games. We brought my Mom’s service dog with us and the hosts made sure to include a bed and supplies for him if needed, which was very sweet of them. We brought food to cook during our stay and finding everything in the kitchen was a breeze! We loved the layout. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. 'This place was dirty to say the least. There was dirt, dead bugs, and smell of moth balls throughout the entire house. The shower actually had ?mud smeared on the wall when we got there. I didn't complain and figured I would just message them after the stay, which I did. They never returned a message, so I assume they just don't care about the cleanliness or smell. '
