« We had a very relaxing stay at this cabin. I love that the hosts put in basic essentials and treats for guests. Location was perfect, only a few minutes from the entrance of Lassen Volcanic National park. »

« Was a happy occasion for us. My grand daughter was getting married at the Grace Lake resort on a Thurs and Friday. We were a party of 4. All above age of 60. Accommodations were excellent. Well stocked kitchen with the extras you need but didn't want ti pack. We saw turkeys (5) lots of deer and Gray Squirrels.Evenings were brisk and enjoyable to sit on deck and listen to pine trees in the wind. »

« If you want to stay in a northern CA, retro, early 1900’s with updates, one family owned cabin this is your place. It’s got the original wood kitchen cabinets and checkered linoleum floor with enamel sink, no air condition, no garage, and more details of its time period. Closets and drawers have owner items but there’s room for your things, too. The staircase is steep and wood, not toddler or senior friendly. Both bathrooms are on the 1st level with 3 bedrooms of 4 located on the 2nd level so...

« This place was perfect for our little get away! My wife and I really liked the decor. It was cozy, very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again in the future! »

« 1951 log home with huge fireplace, woodstove, hot tub and sauna. Beautiful views. Great location near Lassen Volcanic National Park. Remember to gas up and bring food. Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. Checkin is at Noon which gives you most of the day to get settled. Brandon lives nearby and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival. No wifi and limited cell service so you are truly off...

It’s only 20’ from Lassen Volcanic NP which is a great place to visit for several days: hiking Lassen peak with a top view, swimming in summit lake, visiting the small but well done museum, take good time at manzanita lake, etc… we stayed...

« This wonderful retreat was a perfect match for a perfect visit to the area around Lassen Volcanic National Park…. The property is large and spacious, well appointed and well kept. The property managers were very helpful in making sure our stay was very pleasant. And the wraparound deck is the perfect spot to star gaze in a premiere “dark sky” area. »

"Tres bien pour une nuit, la literie était un peu fatiguée, le petit déjeuner bien fourni Eviter les chambres donnant sur la rue, un peu bruyantes avec la circulation"

Great stay in a great place

"We had a wonderful stay in the house which is in a very quiet place. House is comfortable, very well equipped and the master bedroom is awesome with large windows, you have the feeling to be in the trees. Outdoor is very nice too to appreciate the evenings. It’s only 20’ from Lassen Volcanic NP which is a great place to visit for several days: hiking Lassen peak with a top view, swimming in summit lake, visiting the small but well done museum, take good time at manzanita lake, etc… we stayed only 2 days and more would be welcome. Definitely a great experience to stay here."

"L'hôtel n'est pas bien entretenu et très sale. Le ménage n'est pas fait dans les chambres ni les communs pendant 4 jours. Vu qu'ils sont en travaux le petit déjeuner se fait dans une salle de réunion où il n'y a jamais de place pour s'assoit. A éviter "
