'The owner is incredible! I lost my passport at a shrine, she was able to get in touch with the police and have it returned to me. The rooms are very clean and nice, and the hotel is a few minutes walk to a train station. '

'Although we did not have face-to-face interaction with anyone at the property, they were very responsive messaging through Expedia app. The property was lovely and just as the picture displayed. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm because the housekeeping was done, which was greatly appreciated because we were hot and tired after our trip! The location is wonderful! Walkable to Pontocho alley, Nishiki Market and all the shrines on the East side of Gion. We would stay here again!'
