'We had a great time while we were at Shelter Cove. The place was as described, beautiful place, right on the run way and golf course. Saw lots of wild life, which was great to see every day. The weather was perfect. I wish we knew more to bring more food than we did from home because it was pretty expensive to eat out daily and the town grocery store was quite expensive.'

Everything was perfect, including the sweetest visiting cat, who sat outside with us on occasion! A 10 minute drive from town takes you to this private paradise in the forest. 'The property was clean and family friendly. It was very near many of the hikes and other amenities we were hoping to experience during our visit to the redwoods. We loved that it was right on the river, which was slow moving and fun to play in. The area was a little sketchy and maybe a little overpriced, but the woods were beautiful, and the interior of the home was nice. I didn't love that you couldn't flush any of the toilet paper. With two families, that adds up. I also didn't love that there...
