This spacious apartment is located on the top floor of a century-old building in the heart of the authentic Triana neighborhood. Its four balconies facing the street and its 31 m² terrace give it incredible light. The large terrace has views of the parish church of Santa Ana and the Cathedral of Seville and is equipped with terrace furniture, artificial grass flooring, a motorized awning and a shower to cool off in summer. Equipped with A/C and heating in bedrooms, living room and kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, smart TV, microwave, oven, cot, bathtub and high chair for babies, so that your stay in Seville is comfortable. THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the second floor of a century-old building located inside the Barrio de Triana, the most unique neighborhood in Seville. The building has only 3 apartments and does not have an elevator.It is located in a very quiet area but very close to the monumental area of Seville (just 10 minutes walk from the Torre del Oro). It is a very quiet area as there are no noisy businesses in the area.The apartment is very comfortable in every way. It is distributed on two floors. On the lower floor the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are distributed and on the upper floor the living room, the kitchen, the toilet and the terrace. This layout makes it ideal for couples traveling together or families. Both the living room and the kitchen open onto the wonderful terrace through two large glazed openings that extend both spaces outwards. The terrace is for the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment. The furniture that we have installed allows you to enjoy the wonderful climate of Seville and the views of the nearby monuments.The living room has two sofas and a dining table for 6 people. It has a Smart TV with Netflix pre-installed. If you are Netflix users you can use your code to enjoy your series and movies.The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There is enough kitchenware for 7 people. We have wine glasses and a dishwasher to clean the kitchenware. We will leave you tablets for the dishwasher. We also have a washing machine although you must bring your own detergent.The bedrooms are distributed on the lower level of the house. The main bedroom is the largest since it is about 20 m². It has a bathroom with shower which is accessed from inside the bedroom. The furniture in this bedroom consists of a comfortable Queen size bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The other two bedrooms have 2 comfortable single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms have wardrobes and the beds are newly acquired (November 2021). The second bathroom has a bathtub and is accessed from the distribution corridor of the bedrooms. The hot water production system is by city gas, so it is unlimited and you will not lack hot water.The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning equipment for independent units for each bedroom, living room and kitchen, so you can adjust the temperature differently in each room.COMMON SERVICES AND AREAS
It is a residential building where people who have the right to live in harmony with the guests who visit us live permanently. We strongly ask you to respect the hours of rest and to treat the common elements of the building with respect and care.
Upon arrival you will find the beds made up, a shower towel per guest and a hand towel and a shower mat in the bathroom. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy hygienic products, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find courtesy products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. We will also leave cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, and various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All these bed and bath linens and products are courtesy and will not be replenished during the stay.
During your stay you can request the services of cleaning the apartment, periodic cleaning for longer stays, change of bed linen and towels, additional towels, childcare service, home health care service or test performance service. PCR approved to travel by plane. All these services have an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels free of charge.GUEST CARE

You can request a face-to-face key collection and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and free between 15:00 and 21:00. Outside these hours, this face-to-face option costs €30.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time. The Triana neighborhood is one of the main axes of Sevillian culture. Cradle of singers, dancers, artists and craftsmen, Triana is a neighborhood of master potters who are concentrated in the vicinity of the Plaza del Altozano, next to the Triana Bridge. Our apartment is located inside the authentic neighborhood of Triana and very close to the Guadalquivir river, in the Historic Center of Seville. The origins of the neighborhood go back in history to the times when the Roman legions established their camp there. The Almohads built a rudimentary bridge that would unite it with the city, which would later be replaced by the popular Triana Bridge. The Castle of San Jorge, the famous Mercado de Triana, the church of Santa Ana, Calle Betis and the beautiful Triana bridge are the most important monuments in this unique neighborhood of Seville.Our apartment is very well located to enjoy the Holy Week processions, the famous April Fair or a bullfight. In particular, the famous Esperanza de Triana happens at dawn on Holy Thursday under the balconies of our apartment. From our apartment to the fair it will only take 15 minutes on foot.Unique establishments, with the aroma and flavor of the neighborhood, are just a few minutes' walk from our apartment, such as the grocery store 'La Antigua' or 'Casa Remensal', both on Calle Pureza, or the grocery store 'El Capricho' also on the street. Purity street, or the 'La Plazuela' tavern in the famous Plaza de Santa Ana. It is a quiet street but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you may need, without having to resort to a means of transport other than your own legs, if you wish. In any case, you are close to bus, taxi and metro stops.To visit the city center we recommend that you walk to the Torre del Oro. All the city's monuments are located in that area.The best and cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. The stop called 'Torre del Oro' is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, stores and the Three Kings Parade! We liked having the living room/kitchen on a different floor than the bedrooms. The apartment was very clean as well. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, great location in Triana! 15-20 minutes walk from all the major sites in Sevilla. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment is very comfortable and everything worked very nicely. Beds are very comfortable and clean, nice bathrooms and kitchen has all appliances. Narrow stairway to get to apartment but common in Europe. Parking for car is a small hike but at least you have a reserved spot. No parking out front.

This property was perfect for our family of five - plenty of space to spread out. The main level includes the primary bedroom (has its own bathroom) and the other two bedrooms which share a hall bath. Upstairs there's a bonus 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room and a fabulous rooftop terrace. The neighborhood is relatively close to everything you'd want to see in Seville. The parking is a few blocks away and challenging to access with anything larger than a small car - the large SUV we rented was nearly impossible to get in & out. This is a great property - highly recommend!

Muy bien situado con garaje
El apartamento tiene una buena situación, con garaje cerca. Lo mejor la terraza. Tiene dos baños y un aseo que para dos habitaciones está muy bien. Es un lujo poder disfrutar del ambiente de Triana, y muy cerca de los principales monumentos. Muy buena atención, tuvimos un pequeño problema y nos lo solucionaron rápido. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
