De locatie is echt perfect! Daniel is een goede host, denkt met je mee, heeft de taxi voor ons geregeld terug naar het vliegveld. Mooi appartement met een heerlijk dakterras. Aanrader!

Functioneel en net appartement

Dit appartement ligt centraal t.o.v. alle bezienswaardigheden in Sevilla. Het is netjes, de 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zijn knap ingedeeld binnen een toch wel beperkte ruimte. Op het terras is het aangenaam en zeer zonnig zitten. Er zijn zelfs 2 ligbedden voorzien. Een echte aanrader voor 2 koppels of koppel met kinderen! Het is er erg rustig omwille van de ligging (op het einde van een doodlopend straatje). Met de auto is het er moeilijk en zeer nauw parkeren en bijgevolg niet echt aan te raden. Wij hebben een gezellige 4-daagse gehad!

Great place

Have stayed in many VRBO's and this place rates really well. Very clean with all expected amenities. Seville is a very walkable city, and this apartment is well situated to many of the sites. There are also several plazas in the area with many commercial business. The kitchen is setup with all necessities for cooking, although there were no spices or anything of that nature. The deck outside the upstairs bedroom is nice and good for use in the evenings when it cools down. We were visiting during a heat wave and the unit has air conditioning on both floors. We turned off the A/C when we left to venture, and it easily cooled the place quickly when we returned. The unit never heated up significantly so long as the hard shades were closed during the day. The one change I would make is the pillow on the upstairs bed was a single long pillow, which wasn't well suited to two people sharing the bed. Multiple individual pillows would have been preferred. Wasn't deal breaker though, YMMV.

I’d rent again

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location was good, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the host was kind and friendly. Loved being able to sit out on the rooftop patio in the mornings and evenings.

Great Duplex < 10 Minute Walk from Centre District

This is a great property located next to the Plaza de San Leandro. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the Centre District and conveniently located to the major sites. We liked it because it was a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. The hosts Daniel and Ana were very friendly and easy to deal with and made some great local restaurant recommendataions. We would stay here again. One caveat, the master BR and terrace are on the second floor up a spiral staircase. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you.

Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt sehr zentral. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch, kein Salz oder Pfeffer usw. muss alles mitgebracht werden. Die Wendeltreppe ist ziemlich eng und steil, also mit Vorsicht zu begehen. Sonst für Stadturlaub zu empfehlen.

Good apartment but needs wine glasses

The apartment was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was supplied including washing up liquid and tablets for the machine. The only bad thing there was no wine glasses and shortages of other such items. The apartment is in a great location close to all the main sights. We would stay here again

Great location - everything we need

Close to most sights yet in a quiet alleyway (Ensenada off Imperial). Only a 5 minute walk to several restaurants and a grocery stores and 8 minutes to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The unit is very comfortable for up to 4 people with 2 bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable. Note that the upstairs bedroom and terrace are accessed from a small spiral staircase that may prove difficult for some. Daniel is very responsive and lives nearby and very willing to give tips on where to eat and visit. We made simple breakfasts but you'll need to buy any ingredients (no butter, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). However, there are so many restaurants nearby that we didn't feel the need to cook. The only downsides are going up and down the spiral staircase (we moved downstairs to the bedroom with 2 singles) and the small upstairs shower. The walkway to the apartment isn't very attractive with neighboring buildings currently being renovated, but once in the building, there is a nice inner courtyard and peaceful silence. We would stay there again.

Elevator was a big plus. Walking distance to most attractions. Missing basic essentials for cooking. Had issues with bedroom and bathroom doors.. the ones upstairs squeaked and the one downstairs got stuck. Overall would recommend.
