⁂ THE CABIN
Gorgeous, recently-renovated cabin loaded with amenities! Large, open living area with fireplace, comfortable leather couches and Smart TV; The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the same level. There is a beautiful wood dining table just off the kitchen. The enclosed sunroom has been recently completed and includes comfortable seating, a dining table, Smart TV, and private workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor patio table. There is a huge game room. This includes a Queen/Queen Bunk Bed, arcade games, basketball hoop shoot, pool table, multiple seating areas, and a movie theater space! Two additional bedrooms are located on the 3rd level of the cabin. There is a full bathroom on each level of the cabin and an additional half-bath just inside the front door. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Plenty of parking for up to 5 cars. There is a parking pad outside the main front door that can accommodate 2 vehicles.
There is a separate parking area in front of the lower-level entrance. Small-midsize RV could also be accommodated.
There are no steep mountain roads to get to the cabin. The roads inside the neighborhood are wide and paved.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
*The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy at Peaceful Pines. This includes inside the cabin, in the sunroom, on the patio/deck, or downstairs in the basement.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy in place.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional cleaning fee.
