Check in was easy. The kitchen was extremely small with little to no counter space for a cabin that holds 14. We had to use the coffee and end tables. Pool heater was broke. According to other review it's been broken since June, our stay was end of July. So the pool water was super cold. The AC unit in the pool room could not be changed the remote was locked up so the pool room was also cold. So swimming was not enjoyable, and we didn't do much which is a bummer since we booked for the heated pool. There was no railing/ladder getting in the pool we had one girl slip getting in., thankful she was okay. This is a huge safty issue. The pool clearly has a lot of issues. The water was almost below the first step and the pool skimmer. Deck boards popping up. The lining is as clearly falling/ slipping as well. Garden hoses were not boxed up and were a tripping hazard on the deck. There needs to be more porch lights it was super dark. Only one of the two sides of the hot tube had a tall fence. We felt just standing getting out we would fall over the deck, both sides should have tall fence. The cabin has several holes you could see daylight though the walls. Which explains why it never fully cooled off. Because the house would not cool properly off the game room felt like a sauna, we couldn't even use this area. The grill was absolutely disgusting looked like it's never been cleaned that was a disappointment. Mold in all of the showers. Over all we did not have any/many positives.
