The pool and hot tub water was too cold to use for the duration of the stay.The mgmt was contacted many times but neither the pool nor hot tub was ever fixed. When it was first reported, the mgmt indicated that they were aware of this situation with both the pool and hot tub before I arrived but they never informed me.Numerous phone calls resulted in promises but no results.

Review of Splashing Heavenly Retreat

Furniture was very cheap. Dishwasher was broken and didn’t work. We called and they said someone would come out and nobody ever did. Not enough trash bins outside. Didn’t provide any hot tub cleaner and it started to stink. Air conditioning on lower 2 levels didn’t work.

Great place for Youth Group

The cabin was perfect for a group of 30 with plenty of room for sleeping, hanging out and eating! Game room and theater were ideal for youth and a beautiful view!

Plenty of room

Large family group; plenty of room for everyone. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Be aware there are lots of stairs for anyone with either issues climbing stairs or little children.

Exceeded expectations on sleeping arrangements but does have some wear and tear.

We rented this property for a group of 5 families with 8 12-13 yo female basketball players for a tournament. The property exceeded our expectations related to sleeping arrangements. Every room had a bed and a futon. There were plenty of linens which was a welcome surprise as many cabins only have minimal linen. They had tons of towels and extra sheets and blankets. The beds are memory foam. They are firm but mold to you. Most ppl liked them, a few heavier men didn’t love the beds. I thought they were excellent given what I’ve found at other cabins. The property is like many in that area that sleep 30 ppl, they have some wear and tear but we would definitely stay here again! The pool and hot tub were warm and functioning and there was plenty of parking. Make sure you follow the directions they send you as GPS took some in our party up the gravel 1 lane fire road. Also if you plan to cook for a large group you may want to bring a large pot as we cooked noodles in multiple small pots. They do have multiple coffee maker options and plenty of serving wear and bowls. Overall expect some wear and you should be happy with your stay!

Wonderful place to make priceless memories with family!

This place was beautiful and had enough rooms and space to enjoy with family! Decks on each level with rocking chairs, picnic tables on upper deck and hot tub on lower deck. Small pool to keep kids entertained and of course air hockey and pool table to keep all entertained. Lots of steps conveniently located at top of the hill.
