This trip was a Christmas gift to our children & grandchildren. Photos not current. Current refrig too large for the space preventing the dishwasher from opening. LR furniture is stained & dirty. The house was not very clean, including dirty towels & someone’s dirty pjs left in the bathroom. We stayed for several days with our grandbabies who want to play on the floor. The vacuum didn’t work well & no broom in the house. We had to buy basic things to keep the house tidy during our stay. Huge temp differences on each floor made it tough to keep a comfortable temp. Also, at 1am on night 1, the water tank messed up & was spraying water, flooding the bottom floor (laundry rm, bedroom We used everything we could find to soak up water & our daughter in law slipped & fell in the freezing water onto the tile flr. The management company did answer my phone call & they were incredibly kind but couldn’t offer much help in the middle of the night. We were able to cut off the water. However, the repairman did not arrive to fix the problem until after noon the next day. He was not able to fix the problem & had to return later. The problem was not completely fixed (more like a temporary fix) so we were all worried about another potential incident. The repairman did not bring towels - although every towel in the house was wet. After I called again, the management co. delivered towels later that day. No one offered to clean up any water, etc. Rough house/stay.
