The cabin sleeps up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults, across three king beds and two pull-out sofa beds one in the main-level living room and one in the lower-level game room / second living room.

🛌 Three king suites. A comfortable retreat for everyone.

No drawing straws for the best bedroom here. All three suites feature a king bed with a pillow-top mattress, a private en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace.

The main-level suite offers convenient access to the kitchen and living spaces, while two additional king suites downstairs give your group room to spread out. After a full day of exploring, everyone has a welcoming place to recharge.



🍳 Make meals—and memories—together

Keep breakfast leisurely, pack a lunch for the trails, or bring everyone together for dinner after a day out.

The kitchen comes equipped with major appliances, cookware, and utensils. Gather around the dining table, with six chairs and a bench, or take your meal outside to enjoy the mountain setting. A charcoal grill adds another option for relaxed evenings at the cabin.



🎱 Two living spaces. More ways to unwind.

Gather in the main-level living room for a movie on the 75-inch Smart TV, or head downstairs for a friendly game of pool.

The lower-level game room doubles as a second living room, complete with a Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a pull-out sofa bed. Bring out the board games, enjoy a little friendly competition, or settle in for a quiet evening.

With a separate living space on each floor, your group has room to enjoy different activities. Each living area also features a pull-out sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space on both levels.

The two covered decks invite you to make the most of the setting from your first cup of coffee to the last conversation of the evening.

Enjoy an outdoor meal, watch the changing colors at sunset, or slip into the private hot tub on the lower deck after a day of exploring.

A few important details to help you plan a smooth, comfortable stay.



➽ Reservations and occupancy

🔹 The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.

🔹 A valid ID is required for verification at booking.

🔹 A signed renter’s agreement is required immediately after booking.

🔹 Details for all guests and vehicles must be provided at booking.

🔹 Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including no more than 8 adults.

🔹 Parties and events are not permitted. Occupancy limits must be followed.



➽ Check-in and checkout

🔹 Check-in: 4:00 PM local time

🔹 Checkout: 10:00 AM local time

🔹 The fee for early check-in or late checkout is $25 per hour.



➽ House rules and comfort

🔹 Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin. Pets are not permitted. A minimum $500 fee applies to violations.

🔹 Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–8:00 AM.

🔹 Thermostats are limited to 65–75°F. Electric fireplaces provide additional warmth.

🔹 Stays of 10 days or longer require weekly housekeeping for an additional fee.

🔹 Starter paper products, soaps, and trash bags are provided, along with linens and towels. Additional consumable supplies may be needed during your stay.



➽ Mountain roads and weather

🔹 Two-wheel drive is normally sufficient in dry conditions.

🔹 Four-wheel drive and tire chains may be needed during winter weather.

🔹 Refunds are not provided for weather or road conditions.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended for weather disruptions, illness, or unexpected cancellations.



➽ Property safety and mountain surroundings

🔹 An active exterior floodlight camera monitors the outside entryway for safety, occupancy, weather, and wildlife.

🔹 Wildlife may be seen around the cabin. Keep a safe distance and never feed animals.

🔹 Professional pest control is performed monthly, but occasional insects are possible in a mountain environment.



➽ Hot tub guidelines

🔹 Follow the hot tub’s maximum capacity.

🔹 Keep food and glassware away from the hot tub.

🔹 Children must be supervised.

🔹 Shower before use.

🔹 Leave the hot tub and surrounding area clean.
