The Flying Pig Lodge by Flying Pig Vacations is a Luxurious custom built cabin sleeping 16 with 5 King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a 6 bed twin XL bunkroom. This cabin has everything you need and more from amazing views over the custom firepit, a beautiful game room to share moments together, custom 11 foot shower in the Master Bath, 3 sitting areas and plenty of room for all to enjoy, to the perfect location close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Finally a place to accommodate family couples; singles and youth with no creaking between floors! I took too much because everything was provided. The view of Mt Le Conte was such a bonus as 3 family members have hiked it. Been meeting from 2 states for this fall event for 25 years. All agreed this was 6 stars!!

Our multi-generational family of ten gathering from across the country thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin in July 2025. It was immaculately clean with a well-equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated with local art, pottery and other crafts. Kids of all ages enjoyed the large hot tub, pool table and more. Just sitting on the porches in the swings and rocking chairs, and watching the clouds go by on the mountains while we chatted, was heavenly. The kids had fun playing and sleeping in the bunk room, too. Bedrooms were large, and families had increased privacy with bedrooms on three floors. The hosts were very quick in their communication and responses, which we appreciated. Overall, we would absolutely rent this cabin again.

Perfect Getaway

We had a group of 16 that stayed for Spring Break. The property exceeded our expectations! The hosts were very responsive. We loved the flat area and the kids were so happy to play basketball and run around the yard. There was enough space to spread out if we needed to. We would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

December '24 Family Vacation

My family stayed in this beautiful cabin for 9 days and we loved it! We had a 1 and 3 year old, 4 teenagers and 9 adults and everyone had their own space. The cabin was immaculately clean had everything we needed. Even baby monitors for the nursery! The views were amazing! Loved waking up and eating breakfast with a perfectly clear view of the mountain range! Chris, the owner answered any questions we had and would even send a maintenance man to make sure everything was up to par. Would definitely recommend!

Flying Pig Lodge was awesome.

Beautiful cabin with EVERYTHING we needed for our three generations family of 15. The cabin was very clean and the view was gorgeous. The hosts went above and beyond with “extras” that we have never experienced before (kitchen and bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies). The cabin and hosts were the BEST we have ever experienced and we have been doing this family trip yearly for over 15 years. Thank you Flying Pig Lodge for our best family trip ever.

Perfect Stay!

This was the perfect property for our family. We traveled with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of space for everyone; the nursery was perfect for the babies, and the older grandkids loved the bunkroom. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking family meals, and we really loved the large table so we could all dine together. Communication was great prior to our stay. Beautiful Cabin

We booked Chris and Donna's cabin for our extended family vacation. The cabin worked perfectly! Everyone had their own space and bathroom! The beds were super comfortable. Having rented my fair share of VRBOs that's definitely not always the case. The nursery was great and made things super convenient. We also felt the location was great. A perfect midpoint between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. Great stay!

Mountain getaway

We had such a great experience at this property. To start, the owners made the process between our booking and arrival so easy. They let us know everything we needed to know and were very responsive to questions. During our stay, we were blown away by how wonderful this place was. We stayed with friends including several kids of various ages. The property was spacious with high end amenities and plenty to do for guests of all ages. The kids really loved shooting pool and the bunk bed room. The adults enjoyed the abundant outdoor space with spectacular views of the mountains and hanging out by the fire pit at night. There is plenty of space for multiple families which makes this a perfect location for a get together between family and/or friends. Overall, I can’t say enough about how great the Flying Pig Lodge is and I can’t wait to get back.

Reunited at Flying Pig

The sparklingly clean property was the ideal setting for reuniting 6 longtime friends and connecting our 8 kids. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with multiple refrigerators, plenty of storage and every tool/appliance we needed to make cooking for 14 a breeze. The semi-secluded cabin was exactly what we were looking for - peaceful and surrounded by nature with only two other cabins in sight. Then - even during a busy spring break time - it was a quick 12-20 minute trip out to get groceries, whiz down a mountain coaster, grab dinner or head to Dollywood. Chris was a quick communicator before our stay - we didn’t need to reach him at all during our stay as everything was great! Definitely recommending this beautifully situated star of our vacation.

Large family dream cabin

The cabin was just as listed, easy drive, beautiful view, everything you can imagine and more. We had the best time and stayed at the cabin to cook meals. Everything was labeled from pots to light switches to thermostats. There was no question on how everything worked or where items went. We all, 67-4 years had a wonderful time.

Fall break 2023

Wow, what a fabulous home! Flying Pig was spotless, fully equipped, great view and the 6-bed bunk room was a big hit with our grandkids. We all enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, foosball and board games. All bedrooms had king beds and own bathrooms. Even a crib/nursery room for the 2 yr old. Owners communicated well! We had 13 people aged 2-80. We would definitely return!

Amazing View

Cabin was amazing, very clean and had everything and more that you would need for the kitchen and rest of house. Great place for our friends to all hang out. One of the highlights of the visit is when the black bear came walking into the yard. Would definitely come back again.

This property is nothing short of perfect ! From the location to the mountain view. But what really makes the property stand out is the cabin. And the love and attention to detail that the host Chris & Donna have put into this house. Everything is so perfect that we didn't want to leave. It's actually so perfect that we decided to get married right on the property, and it was spectacular. We even got a visit from a large bear that made his appearance shortly after the wedding. Family loved it ! We honestly can't say enough about this beautiful property or about Chris & Donna. Chris, went over and above answering questions. Playing tour guide, helping in everything in any way he could. We can not wait to get back there, actually didn't want to leave. Just hands down the best of everything. No detail has been missed . Family surprise trip

The Flying Pig Lodge is more than we hoped for. It is a beautiful home with fantastic mountain views from two levels of balconies. It is spacious and very well appointed with plenty to keep a family/party busy with pool table, foosball, corn hole, hot tub, games and more. We were very comfortable and enjoyed a beautiful fire pit in the backyard. Beds were very comfortable and large with well appointed bathrooms in each bedroom. Plenty of parking for the 5 cars we brought. Chris was an exceptional host and always replied quickly and answered any concerns. Always very easy to communicate with. One of the very best VRBO experiences we have had.

Incredible cabin

Words cannot express how amazing this week was at the flying pig! This cabin was stellar in every way! Clean, organized, furnished beautifully, modern rustic, and smelled of fresh pine. Not a speck of dust lol. We loved every minute and are legit depressed now that we’ve left. Chris (host) was attentive and kind and responded promptly. We cannot wait to gather here again, especially in the fall sometime as the views were panoramic of the mountains and lush foliage of this gorgeous area. Do not hesitate to rent this property for your next gathering. It will wow you!
