plan ensures that you won’t be responsible for any accidental damage or loss to the property caused by you or your group, up to $3,000. Please note that this plan does not cover EVENTS, intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

- PET-FRIENDLY POLICY- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets (less than 50 pounds). Pets MUST be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $195 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum renter age is 21.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the cabin. Violations are subject to a $1000 odor removal fine.
- Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a fee of $195 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.
- Outdoor Surveillance: The property is equipped with outdoor cameras that monitor the driveway and front entrance for security purposes.
- Credit Card Fraud: We reserve the right to report and prosecute all instances of credit card fraud.
