We loved everything about our stay. The location of the cabin is wonderful, close to everything. The 2 mountain coasters close by was a big plus with kids who wanted to ride a mountain coaster specifically at night. Kaci was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The cabin was beautiful and we were so comfortable throughout our stay. Hate we have to leave!

Very nice comfy cabin with great veiws. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and pool table loved how close we were to pigeon forge downtown. Just a skip away from all the fun. Lovely pool in front entrance to resort. Very well kept up with. Definitely will be back.

The cabin was comfortable but a little small for our family. It does need a good deep cleaning but not the fault of the host as she uses a cleaning company. Another odd thing was that both bathrooms were inside of the bedrooms so if you are in the living area, you have to go through someone’s bedroom to go. Our family had a great time and look forward to another Thanksgiving in the Smokys.

Wonderful house, close to actiivities and Dollywood.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family group of 7 for a weekend. It will comfortably sleep 8 and that was what we needed. We arrived late, entered the house, selected our beds and retired for a comfortable night........and did it again the next day. We surely would return to this property.

Location was perfect! Host were great, left a card and bottle of wine for our wedding.

The Start of my wedding weekend was a bit stressful. When we checked in, I noticed that the place wasn’t very clean. As I did a walk through it looked like the place wasn’t cleaned for weeks. Dust was a few inches thick, jacuzzi tub had grim/dust all through it, crumbs left on the table/chairs, floors not vacuumed/mopped, hair all over the bathroom floors, and the fridge was disgusting. I contacted the host (Kaci) right away regarding the issue. She was prompt with getting back to me, and offered to have someone come clean it for me. At this point I was livid, it was close to 7pm and I haven’t even had a chance to get settled. She was super nice and apologetic and ensured she would make things right for my family and me. I then decided to just give the cabin a good scrubbing myself. (At least I know it would be done right) Finally around 9:30pm we were able to sit down and relax. Despite the start of our trip we really enjoyed staying here at rest assured. The host (Kaci) made sure she took care of us by refunding us a good bit, for our aggravation and the time it took me to properly clean the cabin. All and all it turned out to be a great wedding week with my family. The location was perfect! Pool could have been a bit bigger for the amount of cabins/people in the resort. But it was clean, and had a nice shaded sitting area with tables and chairs. Kaci was very prompt to answering any questions/issues that we had. Besides the cabin not being properly cleaned (which she assured me would never happen again) we had a great stay at rest assured.

The cabin was so close to town. Parking for 2 cars only but our parking was used by the next door neighbors so we had to find adequate parking up from the cabin . The cabin was great with the exception the cleaning crew forgot to vacuum and wipe down the kitchen.

Great location!

This place is awesome! Very close to downtown Pigeon Forge, but far enough away for that mountain cabin feel. We had a great experience, and Kaci and the group were amazing to communicate with before, during, and after our trip. We are so looking forward to our next trip!
