    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. There was some horrible smell coming from the theater room which did not allow us to really use it. 2 technicians came to solve the problem and unfortunately was never resolved.

There was enough parking for a van and 3 cars. We enjoyed the movie theater where we watched a thriller movie and enjoyed the grill where we grilled steaks, shrimp, and salmon. The pool table was also fun. The entire booking and checking out process was easy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We checked all the bathrooms and seen nothing. We brought a lot of cleaning supplies and cleaned the cabin. I mean swept, mopped and wiped everything down. It smelled clean for a while. But, when leaving and returning back to the cabin it still had that foul odor.

We had a large group coming from different locations and trying to coordinate the delay was hard. When we arrived the cabin was not as clean as I thought it would be but it was a beautiful view and full of amenities. It also had cockroaches. They came and speayed but it was definately an ongoing problem that wasn't being managed. I have stayed in several cabins in other locations and never have I experienced that.

Reviewer Comments: The heat in the cabin did not work properly we couldn’t use the basement where the pool area and movie room was at all the heat in the whole house wasn’t working we had to go get hotel rooms due to it being very cold in the cabin and all management wanted to refund me is $200.00 that’s not no where near what I paid to book the cabin this was the worst experience we every had and it was if they did not care at all I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me and never got a call from them all they care about is you booking with them and once they get your money you don’t hear from them I will never book with them again

The beds rank up there as some of the most comfortable I've slept on anywhere. Numerous family members made the same comment. The decks offered a great view and the general location of the cabin is perfect- close enough to the parkway so you're not isolated, but separated enough from the craziness. All the kids loved the pool. The staff is always courteous and a pleasure to interact with. We had a small issue, and they handled it timely and professionally.2 minor recommendations: 1) 2nd fridge maybe downstairs could prove useful. 2) maybe some retractable blinds for the windows facing west. I know why they don't currently. Large windows offer breathtaking views, but the late afternoon sun is brutal.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is nice, itself. Overall met our needs. However, the pool was too cold to attempt. Theater room cable did not work when connecting our laptop’s for anything (tried to report that and kept getting response back of use these instructions). Hey, HDM cables do break. The internet connection was very poor. Cannot have more than one person streaming or the connection is dropped. Lastly there is no soap holders in the bathroom of most rooms showers, no slip protection in the bathrooms having tile floors and the oven was not cleaned (reported). Understand bears may have broken into trash of past renters but environmentally dirty along exterior between homes. Good bit of loose trash.
