Home away from home.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was very clean & had everything you needed (except food) Great view from the back deck & a lovely hot tub to get in after a busy day of fun! Truly a home away from home. When we plan our next trip back, we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful cabin!! Only downside are the roads getting to the property especially with my husbands huge truck! Very narrow roads. But the cabin itself was perfect!! Loved having 2 bathrooms!

Relaxing cabin, everything you need and more.

This cabin was absolutely wonderful from checking in to checking out everything was a breeze and communication was wonderful. Very clean and even though the cabins are close to each other, there's still that sense of privacy. We would definitely book this cabin again!

A few surprises

The property was clean and well maintained, but if someone plans on doing any cooking at all either bring with you what you need or shop at a nearby store. This is our first property where there were no supplies, not even salt and pepper. We were not expecting to be surrounded by cabins or have them directly in back of us. The views shown on the website imply a wooded view. Also some instructions on how to connect to the wi-fi and how to use the tv would have been helpful. Every property and system seems to be different. The roads getting to the property were narrow and rather dicey after dark. Overall our experience was very good.

Wouldn't Come Back

I so wanted to love this place, first of all the address/GPS is incorrect from the confirmation email and zero additional directions were given, the call center has incorrect instructions as well for guests and led us the wrong way, thank goodness we called the after hours emergency number and left a message. Maintenance was able to assist us. If you plan on a long stay bring your own EVERYTHING - property mgmt company only provides 2 rolls of toilet paper, we messaged and were told that we'd have to buy more...at $450+ a night I expect to have ample toliet paper in the rental. Beds were comfy but there are no additional blankets for sofa sleepers, only linens. They do provide limited soaps and body washes, but bring own laundry detergent if you need to do laundry. This has been the most basic property we have traveled to that doesn't include things like coffee, proper toliet paper, or linens.

Nice Cabin

Thr Cabin need the master bedroom mattress replaced, I do not beleive this complaint goes to the cabin but it would go to ever is suppose to check up on the cabin for everything working properly. As most people do they go to the cabin to do a getaway weekend, and they purchase food to be able to cook at the cabin. Well on Saturday around 11:30 am I went to light the gas grill and clean it off because it hadn't been cleaned from the last person., at that point i found out it was out of gas. I made a phone call to the number that i was given and the lady stated that she would get someone to bring it up. After two and half hours and no gas i decided to call back, this time ia male answered the phone and i explained that i was waiting on gas and he told me that he would call the person, i received a call back and was told that he person bringing the gas had gotten tied up and would be there within the hour. That should have put it being aroun 3:30, no show at that time so i called the number back and the same male answered, i was told he would call the guy again, after one hour of not getting a call back , i called the number again and the lady that i spoke to before 12:00 answered , when i went to tell her why i was calling she told me that she was the person that took my original call, she then checked for me and told me that the person bringing the gas is right around the corner. After nearly an hour i went by anf called the number back to tell them that i needed to know if i needed to make other dinner arrangements since it was going on 5:00 pm. The lady stated so he has not made it to you yet, she then stated can you hold while i call my supervisor. While being on hold, and after 5 hours the person finally brought me gas, while he was there he stated that he was sorry it took so long, that he had been working on some plumbing.. Not sure where it got messed up, or was just getting the run around. I guess just having to vent because when you pay this much money and you have plans for the weekend for you and your wife and things like this really messes it up.

The property was a very easy location to access, we were pleased with the amenities and convenience. The neighbors at the end of the cul-de-sac were loud and had too many cars for their space which made parking difficult for us, but everything about the house and our time there was enjoyable. The pool at the property was very nice too!

Great Cabin!

My stay at this Cabin was great. The cabin was clean. The location was prefect, far enough to enjoy the outdoors but a 10-15 minute drive into town. Communication and how to check in was good. I would definitely stay here again!

Review

Shower door did not work well. Shower SUPER slick floor without any handrails available. No ventilation in shower. Very old mattress. Unable to use the DVD player in bedroom. Printed instructions would have been excellent tool vs having to return to email for checkout routine etc. otherwise excellent stay Location-didn’t realize the road type between cabin and town. Very hard to travel at night. Very quiet area and secluded.
