I have to say that the house and the property was beautiful however we had several instances that we had issues with. 1. They stated that there are some scuff marks on the wall due to a collage party however they failed to elaborate that there was holes in the walls and all over the property along with every wall has damage.2. The fireplace not working was a major disappointment as that was one of the key parts to our stay.3: the hot tub cover was off and laying in the front pouch. My wife and I had to carry it down 2 flights of stairs and keep the hot tub water.4: The pool water smelled bad and the chlorine tabs was empty and the water line was halfway from where it needed to be. 5. All the vents are filled with dirt and there was dog hair all over the place. 6. The pool table it was loose and shakes all over. There was only one pool stick that was was able to be used. The game arcade game the joy stick doesn’t work and sticks. 7. The kitchen only had four large glasses. I’m assuming all the other ones broke. As with as many people as it sleeps, you would think that you would provide more of them for glasses so we don’t have to constantly keep watching them over and over.8. When we were going to check in, the host told us two separate cabins to check into and it was a pain in the butt with very limited cell phone service out on top of the mountain to try to navigate and figure out which one we were supposed to stay at. Not worth the money we paid
