Welcome to Dreamy Vistas, where comfort meets breathtaking beauty on the main floor of this mountaintop retreat. As you step into the airy great room, you`re greeted by soaring ceilings, warm wood accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase sweeping views of the Smokies. The spacious living room invites you to cozy up around the stone gas fireplace or catch a movie on the 50” 4K Roku-enabled TV. Just steps away, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need—modern appliances, bakeware, serveware, and even corn-on-the-cob holders—making it easy to whip up meals for the whole crew. A large wraparound bar and adjacent formal dining table offer plenty of seating, while a screened-in porch adds even more space to gather, dine, or simply relax in hanging teardrop chairs with a view.
Head upstairs and you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, including a loft with a Full bed and one ensuite King bedroom with a private bathroom and TV. This level is perfect for peaceful rest, offering privacy, soft bedding, and stunning mountain views right from your room. Each bedroom in the cabin is outfitted with plush linens, updated lighting, USB outlets, and Roku-enabled TVs, blending cozy charm with modern convenience. The bathrooms, like the rest of the cabin, are fresh and thoughtfully updated, featuring granite countertops, tub/shower combos, and plenty of space to refresh and recharge.

Just outside, the lower-level deck features a private hot tub with sparkling bistro lights and serene mountain views—perfect for a relaxing soak under the stars. * Bedroom #2 (Upper Level): Spacious bedroom with King-sized bed and Smart TV. The bedroom also has a private full bathroom with a step-in shower.
* Bedroom #3 (Upper Level): Peaceful bedroom in the loft with Full-sized bed. The bedroom has incredible mountain views.
** Additional Sleeping: Futon on the lower level.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner`s closet.
We are available if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Airbnb messenger.
* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!
*If you have a group larger than 8, our sister cabin `Wellevate Lodge` is located next door and sleeps up to 12 additional guests.
* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Our local rep, Kelly, would be happy to connect you with any items you may need during your stay! Ask us for more information!
* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.
*There is a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
