3 Bedroom Cabin with Beautiful View, Hot Tub, Wifi & Gas Grill

Beautiful View at Bear Den South II is a cozy cabin up in the mountains away from the stress of every day life. There are three bedrooms. First floor has an accessable queen bedroom and bathroom. There are two rooms on the second floor with a Queen bunk beds and the second room has a day bed that will open into a King bed. Both the Loft and the Recreation room have a full futon sofa allowing eight people to enjoy themselves. A fully equipped kitchen with granit counter tops and new LG appliances, fire place and private hot tub, will allow you and your guest to hibernate and relax while you enjoy the beautiful view.

If a more active visit is your idea of fun you can break away for year round entertainment at Dollywood, or a round of golf at the Gatliburg Golf Course. The Great Smokey Mountains provide lot's of activity like climbing, hiking, biking and fishing. This ideal location will provide visitors of all ages with lots of things to do.

The stay was great. It was very helpful to have baby items, such as pack and play and highchair provided.The only concern was how loud the house was. You could hear every step which made sleeping difficult.

Lovely cabin as shown in photos. Parking is very tight, which is mentioned in the listing, but to reiterate: 3 cars max. Our family enjoyed a cozy cabin Christmas. Only feedback is that we could have used more towels, given that there is a hot tub, so we were a little short on towels and ended up washing a couple loads to make it work. I had hoped the cabin would be decorated for the holidays/season, but we just grabbed a small, artificial tree at a local store and that worked well. It’s a beautiful cabin and the kitchen is WELL appointed. We even spotted a pretty bear on our way out.

Fantastic week in a beautiful cabin!

This was our first time visiting the Smokey Mountains and they did not disappoint! We loved the view from the back deck and being able to enjoy it from the hot tub as well! The cabin was well-stocked with what we needed and was very clean and spacious. We even got to see a bear walking down our road one morning…such a great trip!

Property was welcoming and clean. The outdoor area on the main deck is great with enough seating for everyone and great hot tub, and as almost every review has said the view is amazing.There were several things that weren’t up to expectations: dishes in the dish washer when we arrived, the upper bunk bed was not made, the bed on the main level is extremely low (having had both knees replaced is was very challenging to get in and out).

TN Weekend Getaway

The house was beautiful and very spacious. We traveled with a 4 year old, 2 year old, and 5 month old, along with some of my husband’s family. The view was also super nice. I can see how parking has intimidated some people, but we had two vehicles and were fine the whole time with no issues. This was a lovely place to stay for our trip!

This is our second atay in this cabin. As with the first we wete 100% satisfied. The cabin has amazing views and we have been visited by bears (at a safe distance) each time. Needs are extremities comfortable, plenty of amenities in the cabin and outside decks are amazing. We make two trips a year and when able try to book this cabin because of our previous status being so nice. Thank you too the owners for sharing this cabin. Only down fall of our trip(besides it ending) was the bees, they were quite vicious.

Great Little Getaway

Cabin was as it was described. Kitchen was stocked, maybe a little over stocked with left behind items. Definitely didnt need to bring as many spices, condiments, etc. View was beautiful. Location was convenient for all surrounding areas. The cabin itself we felt like was a little harder to keep 3 littles entertained/safe with all of the stairs but knew that going in. Would love to come back again when they are a little older and can enjoy the view a little more.

PERFECT MOUNTAIN GETAWAY!

If you are looking for breathtaking views, cabin in the woods feels, and just an overall great place to stay this is your place! The drive up is a little steep however that is to be expected with the views you get from this property! The parking is a little tight unless you have a smaller car/ suv you can fit trucks as we did but it is a tight squeeze not a negative just something to keep in mind! The host is great! Lots of communication, we had wanted to extend our trip by a day and they were able to quickly accommodate this! The host also did reach out about a week or so prior to the trip to recommend chains for if we were to encounter snow, which I felt was very kind, and going above and beyond to make sure we where prepared! Beds are comfortable, rooms have great views with the acceptation of the wheelchair accessible room on the main floor. Finding a handicap/ wheelchair accessible home in the mountains proved to be fairly difficult and this home exceeded my expectations in every way possible! My father is in a wheelchair and was easily able to get around the main floor of the home, and porch! We will be back for sure!
