The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in a quiet, scenic neighborhood and features access to a seasonal community pool. It’s less than 10 minutes to the middle of The Pigeon Forge Parkway, giving you quick access to Dollywood, The Island, outlet malls, restaurants, and countless attractions—while still offering a peaceful home base to relax after a busy day.



Getting Around:

This cabin is easily accessible with paved roads all the way up. It’s less than 10 minutes to The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. While most vehicles will do fine in normal conditions, we always recommend 4x4 drive for any travel in The Great Smoky Mountains, especially during winter or inclement weather.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

• This cabin sleeps 8 guests maximum.

• Fireplace is for aesthetics only and does not produce heat.

• Coffee maker is a Keurig + regular drip—please bring your own coffee/K-Cups.

• 4x4 drive is recommended for all Smoky Mountain travel. Roads are paved and easy to access under normal conditions.

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
