'The last time I inquired the rate was extremely too high for the same room. But this time the rate was reasonable. it is a shame that when the military families come to visit their relatives the prices are jacked up! As military (34yrs) retiree, that is repulsive! This is my favorite hotel!'

'An absolutely wonderful stay. Felt completely at home and comfortable. This was a great stay. Tiffany is a real professional. Everyone will feel right at home, and she will make great recommendations to give you all of the local favorites to make sure you experience the best the area has to offer. There are beautiful views of the river from all rooms in the house. This is a great location to adventure in Maryland, Delaware and DC. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!'

'The staff was very helpful & accommodating when we expressed our concerns. We had booked this stay as an in between stop on our long vacation & mainly booked it because it had an indoor pool the kids could use for the few days in the middle. We also were unaware there is a parking fee of 8 dollars every night you stay. We did leave a night early simply because the pool was closed for the weekend. 'A true hidden gem close to downtown shops and restaurants. The property was impeccably clean & the staff was very attentive. They also have a stocked whiskey bar and delicious pastry delights from a local baker. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and certainly were given the royal treatment! We will definitely return . On site parking is available for a chargeand there is a lot just 2 minutes away.'

'Complimentary coffee was not offered in the morning. A definite no no'

'This is the second time I’ve gone there. I’ve loved it the first time and came back again and picked the same hotel. This place serves a great breakfast. A lot of space and is clean. The staff are very accommodating to whatever you need. Thank you again Jamila'

'The property was immaculate! The room we stayed (Chase suite) was gorgeous!! The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the location was perfect. Loved everything about this property'

'Great breakfast and hot tub'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Charming and picturesque house steps from all of the best things about Annapolis.'

'Staff was Great, Great Location. Nice Restaurant Bartender was great!'
