'Very clean and tidy property , the pool was very nice and and the staff are very friendly , great for a short stay '

'Nice relaxing few days. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Great pool, well maintained. Location OK but a 20 minute walk to Colva beach along busy roads. Very helpful staff.'

'My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10. The staff was so helpful and so willing to arrange a...

'Safe and Quiet , took a shuttle to the beach , friendly staff . I did not use the pool.'

'Helpful and courteous staff. Clean rooms and excellent pool and beach facilities.'

'We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

'Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.'

'Clean room witch nice paddyfield view from balcony. Very nice swimming pool and friendly staff. Food options are nice also. Short beach walk to Colva and clean beach.'

'Yes we enjoyed '

'Stayed here for 4 nights after traveling through India. I couldn't really find any downsides to this resort, and that doesn't happen a lot. Really nice, cosy and clean rooms, very friendly staff doing their best to accommodate your every need, nice pool, very good food at the restaurants, very good breakfast buffet. It's about 15 minutes walk from Majorda Beach, but there is a free shuttle running every 10 minutes during the entire day, very easy. Lovely beach, nice sea breeze and you can use...

'Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

'Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor'

'We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.'

'The staff is very helpful, good bed and bathroom. They offer a good breakfast. I had a comfortable stay.'
