'Great location'

'Alex Villa N5 was a great place to stay has everything you need and more, to be honest it felt more like a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. Staff were helpful and attentive. The private plunge pool is a little small and no area to sun bathe but the beach is down the road and another pool on rooftop with plenty of chairs. Location is okay short grab ride will get you everywhere you need in Canguu. Thank You Alex Villas '

'Staff was somewhat responsive. They moved us to a quiet room from the initial room allocated which was nice. We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. It took another 20 minutes before we got a scooter. It...

'On the first day, there was a strong smell of gas inside the room, which is a highly dangerous situation The kitchen was infested with ants, the bathroom had no ventilation, and the room was next to the school, causing noise from early morning. The smells of cooking in the neighboring rooms would reach you. However, to be honest, the staff were respectful, polite, and professional. Nevertheless, my stay there was a bad experience and I won't repeat it. '
