« The room has a plumbing problem that has not been fixed for several months (according to the hotel staff) but we were given it anyway, without warning. The water drains from the rooms of the floors above flow into the bathroom, taking a long time to drain, leaving waste on the floor and giving off bad smells. The staff said they would get it fixed but nothing was done. The staff did not even come to see the problem. »
