'This was close to a perfect stay, the hotel, the staff, the location all were 5 star. The only(very small) shortcoming was the maintenance staff in the room which needed minor reminders regarding daily maintenance'

I had to call twice for more bottles of water (they were too small) and waited 45 minutes to get them replenished in our room despite the room having earlier...
