« The condo was clean and well equipted. There queen bed, 2 twins in loft and a futon and a sleeper chair.. Though small you could do lpts of butts in beds.We only had 2 of us but I though a family could fot. Steps from its beatiful quiet private beach. We enjoyed bird watching and saw a herd of seal return each day. The stars were bright at night as was the cool lighthouse light. Being next to a wildlife refuge was cool. « The room was very clean and up to date. The walls and woodwork were painted in light pleasant colors. Everything was in good working order.The grounds are well manicured and the parking is close to all the units. We didn't use the pool but could see that it was very clean and surrounded by tables, chairs and umbrellas.The one thing we should have asked about was the A/C. We don't sleep well with window A/C's especially if close to the bed. That was my fault for not verifying before booking so...

« This property is great! Clean, bright, and in like-new condition. The host, Chris, was extremely helpful and responsive to messages and questions about the Brewster and Cape Cod area. The condo is in a great location on the golf resort, and it’s a convenient short drive to all the great aspects of Brewster. The only improvements I would request are that the bathroom doors don’t easily close; the hallway shower needs an extended shower wall or curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting all wet...
