« What started as a dream family vacation quickly turned into a nightmare when a nearby wildfire exploded in size just days after we checked in. As neighboring communities received frantic evacuation orders, thick smoke choked the air, and ash literally began raining from the sky. « This A-frame cabin was clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We had to buy a mug from the nearby Dollar General since there were only 3 mugs available. There is an air conditioner in the front room, and even in June we were not uncomfortably hot. Both the downstairs bedroom and upstairs were a bit cramped... the nature of a true A-frame.
