'Every light and appliance was unplugged when I arrived. At first I thought it was just the bedside lamps that were unplugged, but I opened the fridge and tried to turn on the TV. 'The rooms have been updated but the comforters and curtains make it look very old and not welcoming. Zero pictures on the wall. Not very welcoming. There was also mold all over the wall where the shower head is located. Disappointed. Location is the best part.'

'Beware! This property is nothing like the pictures show. Checked in on Friday, 5/22/26. Desk person said they had just reopened after being closed for a few years. Was told there were no king beds, yet they were advertised. I asked how many people had checked in and she said I was the second person. This was the typical bait and switch experience. 'Indoor pool was very nice, especially since the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. Have had many free breakfast buffets at other hotels so was surprised that we had to pay $18 to have it. The food & selection was pretty good but have had similar for free other places.'

'The staff was amazing and very helpful. The property has a very beach vibe and gorgeous views. My one cautionary note is that the platform beds are very hard for older people to get in and out of. Had we known we would have asked if they had more accessible accommodations'
