« The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location for dining and nightlife activities. The rooms are clean. The faucet in the tub was old and nearly coming out of the wall. Otherwise, the bathroom was okay. The check-in process was horrible. We did not receive our check-in information and link within 48 hours of our arrival. « Bait and switch. The pictures look good but the place was a dump and the whole building smelled like garbage. The building was like a college dorm - beat up with a non functioning elevator. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare as their check in process was awful and when I had a problem, it just got worse. When I got to the property, I realized I had a big problem on my hands and checked into a hotel nearby. Stay far away from this place and Company as even though they agreed...
