The apartment was easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking for our rental car. The apartment was very clean, with a nice small kitchen and a nice view of the area. It was convenient to downtown and was a great base for us during our week in Iceland. We would love to stay there again if we go back.

This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to Iceland - easy driving distance to everything and had everything we needed inside! Siggi and his wife were wonderful, welcoming hosts.

We had a very nice stay. It sits in a community right outside of Rekyjavik about an hour from main airport. It is a studio apartment within the owners overall unit. Very nice area for walking near the ocean. Hosts are very gracious. We enjoyed our stay even though there was a party until 4am right next door on our first night. We got little to no sleep but that wasn't the fault of the host.

Fantastic location with Northern Lights Visibility

This was the best place to stay near the main city. It served as a great base to explore all of Iceland.

Great host. The bus stop is right next to the apartment, which is very convenient. Best of all, you can see the northern lights from there. I highly recommend it!

Central location for exploring SW Iceland

Was a good location for driving to the south coast and exploring the capital while not being right downtown, convenient parking.

Nice apartment just outside the city. Close to beach and golf course. I didn’t see wildlife as per the description at the location. But if you walk to the beach you can see ducks and birds. This is an apartment inside a home. You must enter through residence to access the apartment up the stairs. Nice to have a kitchen and heated floors.

Perfect place for 2!

Siggi and Nanna were so friendly and helpful as well as very responsive to messages. The apartment was perfect for my daughter and me. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and wonderful hosts.

We stayed for about a week and the place was perfect. Great location and it was a complete apartment with stove, frig and microwave. Siggi and Nanna treated us like family. We will come back here again!

This studio apartment was perfect for me and the hosts were SO attentive and patient with my schedule that bounced around a bit starting with a flight that got in three hours late. They waited up for me - showed me around, oriented me to some special shows and comic that featured Iceland then let me check out late a bit late. I had noticed a bike in one of the pictures of the place when looking to book and they got the bike in working order and then let me use it (with helmet and lock) so that I could bike into town (very easy bike ride, longish but very pleasant walk (most along the bay) and/or drive, or bus ride). I didn't find parking in Reykjavik as horrible as some reviews suggested. This studio apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it to others! Great for solo travelers, couples, or even with a small kid/s or baby.

Siggi and his wife were the most friendly and caring hosts. Checked on us multiple time to ensure our stay was perfect. The view from the apartment is everything, we were able to see the northern lights twice without even leaving the apartment. This apartment was clean and cozy— had all the essentials. The bus is right across the street if you aren’t driving and the northern lights viewing spot is walkable from the apartment. Absolutely recommend. Thank you again Siggi
