'The apartment has some great highlights, but instructions on parking process needs improvement. On the positive side, check in process is a breeze and the location is excellent with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. On their website, the instructions for operating the appliances and equipment are incredibly clear and helpful. However, navigating the parking situation was highly frustrating. The instructions provided were very confusing, and the communication regarding this issue...

'Mooi appartement, van alles voorzien. Zelfs de slaapbank sliep lekker. Communicatie verliep goed, die verliep via expedia zelf, maar iedere vraag die ik stelde werd beantwoord. Het ligt 5min lopen van het begin van de hoofdstraat, maar de supermarkt ligt ernaast. Er wordt veel gebouwd in de buurt maar daar heb je geen last van. Als je negatieve reactie leest dan heeft dat echt met de persoon te maken, want hier valt echt niks op aan te merken.'

'Decent room, albeit a little small for (4) people as we had it arranged, but this was expected and ultimately we weren't in Reykjavik to spend time in our room. Close to the downtown area (10min walk) and onsite daily parking was reasonably priced (16 Euros/day). All in all a solid, relatively inexpensive stay for the area.'

'Not sure how this hotel has such a high rating. First impressions are lasting: (1) Don’t think you’re getting in early. We had to wait all the way until 4:00 pm (maybe ten minutes early). They did give us a temp code so we could store luggage in a laundry room (that anyone on that floor could access…so completely unsecure). (2) Carpet in the hallways as you enter was filthy. But the room was clean I will say that. (3) Description says “kitchen”. Well yes it had one of sorts but with one major...
