'We had an amazing time here. The hotel is beautiful and everyone was so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. The view was nice. It’s quiet. They have lots of games and there are some nice hikes nearby. Do yourself a favour and stay here!'

'I was warmly welcomed to this B&B. It is a beautiful house set in extensive grounds. From my window I had lovely views of the garden and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. With the warmth of the welcome and the excellent breakfast I would agree this is an excellent 4* and worthy of its great reviews.'

'Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. '

'The room was clean. Their were no staff. There was a self check in / check out procedure which was easy to follow. Other more regular guests were helpful. There was tea/coffee facilities in room. Kitchen facilities meant food I'd brought could be prepared. Enjoyable stay.'
