You will love the serenity of the area and the steps to the beach, it's the perfect location to take a break! Within 30 minutes from the City of Portland, a little less than an hour from Old Orchard Beach with shopping, restaurants, amusement, water parks, and the beach! Shopping at LL Bean and FreePort Outlets are only an hour a way. There are four wheeling trails also at the end of the road so the fun can continue even when summers coming to an end!

We provide a BBQ grill, picnic table, your own private decks, all kitchen appliances and supplies, a/c in the bedrooms, 2 queen size beds, 1 futon, a sleeper pull out couch, along with quilts, blankets and pillows. We DO NOT provide sheets, pillow cases or towels. Lots of space on a quiet dead end street street, cross the street and you are at private sandy beach for Ossippee residents use only. Or drive 1 mile to resident boat landing and beach. There is a convenience store within walking distance for all your vacation needs including fresh produce, meats, and take out. Along with a restaurant within walking distance that is open for lunch and dinner and they have a new tiki bar. Long Beach Marina across the street with boat and jet ski rentals. Public boat landing with no charge for renters.
