'It felt like we were living outdoors in beautiful open woods with a lazy river--except we were snugly encased by huge floor-to-ceiling windows that kept the bugs out and the AC at a comfortable setting! A newly built home that is kept in immaculate, pristine condition. Amenities were numerous and all easy to access. If we have the occasion to return to the area, this would be our number one home to rent again.'

'Place was clean and cozy. Big yard for games and a fire pit for s’mores. Based on previous review I brought pots/pans but didn’t need them. Everything was available. Stove is gas and I was not familiar with using one so that was the only “challenge”We had a ball and the place was perfect for us!!'

'We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

'Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The refridgerator wasn't working i.e ice maker and water dispenser was out. But the main reason for a lower review was the septic system was full. We had to leave early. Although this was addressed promptly by the host I am unable to give a 5 star review.'
