'We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :)'

'A unique farmhouse experience, centrally located in Lovell. Clean, quite and private with easy access to Kesar Lake, hiking trails, the Fryeburg Fair and more. Guests get to enjoy a small second floor apartment, accessed through a private front entrance. The unit is two bedrooms with a kitchenette/den with a brand new bathroom. We stayed three nights enjoying the autumn weather, hiking and the fair. Brent the owner living below was so quite. We hardly knew he was there.'

'House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?'

'Nicely set up and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The entrance stairs were dingy but inside was newly decorated and well appointed. Appreciated the coffee supplies.'

'The apartment was lovely. Parking was easy. Communication with the rental company was great, they were very responsive. A couple disappointments included some dishes were sticky and dirty, some light bulbs were out. I think I should have been offered a slight reduction in price. Dirty dishes are gross. The rental company did offer to come over to clean them.'
