« The place was great! places to fish and boat around the beach is walking distance if you don’t want to swim from the dock. There’s also a rope swing but the time we went the water was too shallow. Great place and would definitely love to come back! »

« This was the absolute most perfect stay for myself and two daughters as we were visiting a friend in the area. it is a short walk across the street (literally like a minute) to the private-access lake, which was quiet and serene. « We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. »

« Beautiful property, exactly as advertised, was perfect for our family to have a home base as we visited some extended family in Harrison. Very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, extremely well-stocked kitchen, so many toys for the kids (my 2.5 year old was thrilled!). The kitchen was great for preparing and eating family meals. The hosts were very responsive and nice!! Also amazing that it was dog-friendly. Highly recommend. »

« Paul is a wonderful host and the house is fantastic. Our teens loved playing air hockey and ping pong with us and we had several “tournaments” during our stay.
