This older home built in 1928 is a small 1600 sq-ft three bedroom, one & 3/4 bathroom single family residence. Flat screen TV Room great for children. Handsome Kitchen with French doors leading to a large deck. There are peekaboo views of Mount Rainier, the city Skyline and some of the Cascade Mountains. All close to Magnolia Village with restaurants and a seasonal Saturday Farmers Market.

The home is perfect for all lifestyles and for anyone traveling in the Northwest. The light filled main floor is enhanced by archways, coved ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace. Our modest Living Room flows into the Dining Room and then onto the fully stocked Kitchen with granite countertops, gas appliances and ample storage. There are two main floor Bedrooms (one with a mahogany four poster full-size bed and one with a queen-size bed). Upstairs Bathroom includes a tiled full-size bath with tub. Rental of the property includes access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. This quiet residential street offers parking in front of the home and parking in the driveway.
