Located just minutes from trendy Ballard neighborhood with lots of restaurants, boutiques & coffee shops, Ballard locks, Golden Gardens beach, and not far from downtown Seattle waterfront. Features a kitchenette, spacious full bath, dining table, desk, free internet, LED TV with DirecTV, plus off-street/private parking included. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably.

Outdoor yard & patio feature dining furniture, gas BBQ, & in-ground gas fire pit are common areas.

Our Seaview Romance Suite is newly constructed with 10' ceilings, LED lighted upper coves and all new luxury furnishings. The very spacious Studio area serves as a combined Great Room with Sofa (and second bed for 2), dining area, as well as dining chair seating. Enjoy the flat screen TV with Direct-TV access, plus a desk and free wi-fi throughout property. Rest in a delightfully comfortable Purple® King Bed with My Pillows® (washed after each guest stay) in the Great Room. The Kitchenette offers a fridge, convection oven, microwave, toaster & coffeemaker. The gorgeous bath with marble throughout includes a heated micro-bubble Tub, long floating vanity with two sinks, color LED accent lights below and also around the mirror above. And the huge walk-in glass enclosed shower has 2 shower heads on opposite walls and large shower head on the ceiling. Our Seaview Romance Suite can comfortably sleep up to 4 people with use of the California King bed and the full size sofa bed.

You literally do not even see another neighboring house from either indoors or your patio! Instead it is all 180 degree sweeping views of nature, sea, and the Olympic Mountains, plus one or two tall cedar trees.

Yard, patio and huge upper view deck are common areas shared with our other AirBnb Unit (Seaview Guesthouse).

Guests use our Schlage Sense keyless, self-check-in Entry Door Keypad Lock, so they can let themselves in upon arrival whatever time they arrive.

SAFE CLEANING POLICY: For Guest safety and health protection, we deep clean after each Guest stay and before each new Guest check in. This includes all fresh clean linens/towels, using disinfectant cleaner on all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) as well as hard floors and furniture.

OUTDOOR AREAS GUEST ACCESS:
The entire Romantic Seaview Guesthouse is private and yours to enjoy. You also have an outdoor private patio with table just outside your patio doors and 2 chairs (more available as needed) as well as an in-ground gas-powered fire pit (for ambiance, not cooking ;-). The backyard grass is undergoing some re-landscaping (in progress April 2023). If you are counting on using the grass and this note about landscaping work is still here, please check with Host before booking to make sure it will be available. Please note the yard is a common area and may also be used by the owners or guests from the other suite on-site.

NOTE #2: We are a NON-SMOKING property and guests must be at least 50' away from doors and windows and be certain that smoke does not drift inside any part of our home and apartments.

NOTE #4: We always do our best to give our Guests the best service, luxury, security, and experience possible when they stay at any of our AirBnb properties whether in Seattle or Maui. Our extensive, multi-year SuperHost Review History (on Airbnb) attests to this, so be sure to refer to our Reviews. Because our home in NW Seattle is a large multi-million dollar estate above the sea and facing west towards the Olympic Mountains, we are only comfortable renting to Guests who are willing to exchange full Contact Info with us in advance of arrival. Doing this also allows us to offer each Guest the special and unique privilege of Self Check-In by using a Schlage Keypad Entry Lock. We provide the Keypad Code when we send our WELCOME EMAIL and have received back the Guests full Contact Info, including Name, Address, Phone and Email. We also provide one private off-street parking space for each Unit, near the the Entry Door. Thanks for your kind understanding.
