We were attending Emerald City Comic Con and could not have been closer! This unit is not luxurious or fancy or even super roomy, but it is clean, safe, well-located, and fairly well equipped for visitors. Despite overlooking the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. With the windows closed, the freeway noise is lower than a fan. It is a gentle white nose. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are heading to the convention center. The listing mentions smaller cars. We havc a minivan and it fit fine. We got out fine, but had to do a several point turn. I would agree no bigger than a minivan or you are going to have serious issues. One thing that was not clear in the listing and I wanted to mention is that this building is NOT accessible. I get around on a mobility scooter and there is no way in the building without a few steps (like 8). I am lucky and had a strong son in law with me, so he and my daughter managed to get the scooter up and down the stairs. However, if you are confined to a mobility device or unable to get your device and yourself up and down stairs, you may not want to stay here. However, the hallways and the elevator were more than spacious enough to use, so we were just fine with the situation as it was. WORTH IT. I cant emphasize how close this place is to the Summit location. There are also numerous places to eat in the area, other things to do. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend.
