Sweeping views of the Bohicket River, Cherry Point Shrimp Dock and beyond are just outside the glass. The master has a king bed with USB charging ports, ceiling fan, Roku TV, desk and large walk-in closet. The private en-suite bath features a Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower. The specialized work-from-home features to ease the ability to work remotely. Access has been provided to the 3 stop elevator - garage to second floor. There is a propane gas grill on back deck. The TV has YouTubeTV.

As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
